Find out more about Mercury Drone Ports, Scotland’s first Drone Port and drone delivery network by coming along to one of our open days in November. Open to all members of the public, local businesses and potential future users of the airspace Mercury Drone Ports will facilitate, you’ll have the chance to see the drones in action and learn more about Mercury Drone Ports and future opportunities.
We’re currently working with NHS Tayside trialling an on-demand drone collection and delivery service, transporting medical samples via an unmanned aircraft to and from multiple healthcare facilities in Angus to the pathology laboratory at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee.
At the open days you’ll have chance to see a drone flight in operation and speak to members of the Mercury Drone Ports team. Please note that flights are subject to weather conditions.
